Manage your team's emotional culture
What is 'Emotional Culture' and why is it important?
It's the culture that governs the way people show-up at work. By managing you emotional culture, you will be using feelings and emotions to influence the behaviours in the workplace - identifying those you want to encourage and those we want to change.
Emotional culture influences employee satisfaction, burnout, teamwork, and even hard measures such as financial performance and absenteeism.
Emotions significantly impact:
-
how people perform on tasks,;
-
how engaged and creative they are;
-
how committed they are to their organizations;
-
and how they make decisions.
Positive emotions are consistently associated with better performance, quality, and customer service.

This is a 4 hour workshop.
adapting to change
This workshop is designed so you can support your team through change.
Change is hard for many of us - 62% of us don; t like being out of our comfort zone, or only do occasionally (Forbes). And with the current rate of change, we're finding it super hard to deal with. It is exhausting and stirs up a whole host of emotions: fear; uncertainy; overwhelm...
This course will first explore how you as a leader feel about changes ahead and then the conversation will include your team.
Conversations will be designed to explore the emotions being stirred up by the change so that you can create a strategy that will support your colleagues throughout the process.
You will build on the foundations you already have in place to ensure your team feels supported, connected, heard and understood. Once the trust has been built the you will see a team who are more resilient open and engaged.
This is a workshop of two halves: 2 hours with you, the leader and 3 hours with the team.
