This is about aligning your team and creating momentum as they navigate change. You’ve got your theoretical change models but what you really need is to change the emotional landscape to make change successful.
This session will give your team the space to reflect on how they’re experiencing change, and what might be driving the positive and negative feelings.
From there, they’ll step into future-state thinking, exploring how they want to work together through this transition. What do they need to feel comfortable with the change so that they can adapt.
Once the team has aligned on what they need to succeed, we’ll agree on what actions need to be taken to shape the right environment for them to flourish.
